Junson Construction LLC was incorporated in 2006 with 13 initial staff professionals to operate in the field of construction. Currently, Junson is managed by a Board of Directors and has such departments as Legal, Engineering and Technical, Finance and Supply, Projects, and International Cooperation. With a team of more than 1,000 experienced professionals in agriculture, Mongolian national ger production, international trade and other fields, Junson proudly provides world class services and products and occupational safety and health standards. Junson is a highly creative team who has been operating in close partnership with such major national industry leaders as Moncement LLC, MAK, Remicon as well as the Japanese-invested Aizawa-Mongol-one of the top construction companies in Mongolia.
Junson has to its credit such successful construction projects as the renovation of the Sukhbaatar Square, the Shangri-La Hotel, the construction of a number of residential apartment complexes designed for 140 up to 1500 households in the nation’s capital, and the construction of the Teacher Education and Research Development Center, Mongolia-Japan training hospital complex, as well as the construction of 7 different secondary school buildings and a kindergarten.
In 2019, Junson was awarded a contract for the Best Sunshine project in Saipan, USA. While executing the project, Junson strictly followed the corresponding laws and regulations of the host country, combined international construction standards with our own experience and standards, and exchanged experiences to become a reliable developer and a capable and best team.
Currently, Junson is engaged in the construction of the Ulaanbaatar Central Wastewater Treatment Plant and its auxiliary infrastructure, as well as on the “Green Lake” apartment complex designed for 1,008 households.
Junson has been promoted as one of the best construction companies nationally both by the Industry Association and the Government of Mongolia as Junson became a recipient of numerous awards such as the “Exemplary Safe and Clean Construction Site” (2017, 2018 and 2019), the Best Construction Company (2019) and the Best Occupational Safety and Health Company (2020) respectively.
In 2019, the company received the certificates of the “Quality Management System” ISO 9001: 2015 (MNS ISO 9001: 2016) “Environmental Management System” ISO 14001: 2015 (MNS ISO 14001: 2016), “Occupational Safety and Health Management System” ISO 45001: 2018 (MNS ISO 45001: 2016) and has fully complied with international standards in its operational activities.
