I have been doing business in the construction industry for 15 years since I established JUNSON CONSTRUCTION LLC in 2006. Apart from construction, Junson has successfully expanded its business profile into agriculture and small and medium enterprises by building a team of skilled and experienced domestic and international professionals and by enrolling our employees in regular vocational training and retraining programs.
The key for our corporate success is ensuring extreme responsibility, high industry quality and safety. Junson has been able to introduce latest construction technologies to its. Based on its operational experiences gained, the standards guide book entitled DILIGENCE-EXPERIENCE IS OUR SUCCESS has been produced to be applied to the national construction industry.
Junson aims to become a global company by continuously improving its occupational safety and health, introducing international standards to the Mongolian construction industry, and executing construction projects internationally, the first of which was Saipan Island project, USA, launched in 2019 and now is ongoing. The Saipan Island project opened up a new chapter not only in Junson’s operational career but also in the history of the Mongolian construction industry.
Junson team has successfully completed the first phase of the above international project and is keen to work together with world well known investment and construction companies on potential future new international projects.
